A major document from the Vatican’s Justice and Peace department should be music to the ears of the “Occupy Wall Street” demonstrators and similar movements around the world who have protested against the economic downturn.
The 18-page document, “Towards Reforming the International Financial and Monetary Systems in the Context of a Global Public Authority,” was at times very specific, calling, for example, for taxation measures on financial transactions.

This still has pitfalls. No matter who runs this new “Bank”, if the ideologies remain the same or the organisational culture, then it is useless.
Your right…..Probably worst as it calls for a world central bank….same old same old but bigger and more powerful.
I would support the idea only if that World Central Bank was run by randomly chosen citizens from all over the world and in terms of not more than 6 months. No possible reelection or repetition.
This WCB board, should also be under surveillance of a randomly chose citizens audit organism, to be replaced every two months.

The only way is to take responsibility for yourself.
We are individuals with the same inspiration to live and be left the hell alone so why do we need any centralization at all.
The only reason is to give the central command power when you relinquish it and can’t handle your won affairs.
Each community has to take responsibility for its children, teenagers, young adults, middle aged, and pelderly ppl’s.
The children must be educated to take responsibility for their groups and make decisions they must live with the rest of their lives.
The same as for everyone else.
If a child does something out of line he should and must answer to his peers and his group which is watched over by deligates from the community and not some city halll scum bag or cop in a Imperailist uniform scarring the hell out of everybody. Or some nerd trying to raise himself up to become your lord and master.
I am totally against any kind of central anything except for to make judgements where everything fails.
Centralization only is needed when p[pl are out of control.
Bury your money in the ground or build it into a safe place in your house.
Concrete vaults instead of 5 million dollar yachts or whatever. Choose wrongly and you must suffer the consiquences.
I know of a center for everybody, that they will be very happy with.
